RBC Royal Bank of Canada has announced that it will be increasing its residential mortgage rates effectively October 10th 2009. You read correctly, this time it is an increase in residential mortgage rates, whereas we saw a decrease in rate a little over a month ago. Without any further delay, here are the changes: The
