The amount of unpaid Canadian credit card debt being written off by issuers have reached nearly 60% in the second quarter, compared to the same period last year reported in a new report from Moody’s Canadian Credit Card Index. Credit card delinquency rates rose 23% in the April – June period compared to last year.
