Scotiabank is offering a great promotion to get clients to enroll into the Bank The Rest Savings program. From March 8th, to May 31st, 2010, when you enroll into the Bank The Rest savings program, you will receive 1,000 SCENE points, which is equivalent to a free movie.

Additionally, any new Bank The Rest customers will automatically be entered in to Scotiabank’s “Free Movies for a Year Contest”, giving you 10 chances to win.

Realistically, it does not take much for you to enroll into the Bank The Rest savings program, and it does not hurt to do so either.

Scotiabank’s Bank The Rest savings program allows you to turn your debit purchases into savings. When you use your debit card for a purchase, an amount is automatically transferred to your Savings Account. The amounts transferred are rounded to the next multiple of $1 or $5.

Signing up for the Bank The Rest savings program will only take a few minutes of your day, and in the end you get a free movie out of it.

In my opinion that is not a bad deal at all.
