Makes Changes to Mutual Fund Line upBMO Investments Inc. and Guardian Group of Funds Ltd. have announced proposed changes to the BMO Guardian Funds and Mutual Funds line-ups. The main goal of these changes is to reduce duplicate fund offerings and streamline the product suite to provide more cost effective investment solutions. 

The proposed mergers are as followed and for each of the Continuing Funds, BMO Guardian Advisor Series exists or where indicated is then proposed to be launched in October.

BMO Investment Inc. intends to terminate the Air Miles feature of the BMO Air Miles Money Market Fund and then change the name of the fund to the BMO Canadian Money Market Fund; this should take effect on or about December 31st, 2009.
