I was recently at an ESSO gas station and as usual filling up the tank on my car. Now I do not know about you, but for me, when I am filling up gas, I tend to just look around as there really is not much to do.

Normally you would earn 1 Aeroplan miles per dollar, or depending on the credit card you are using, it may or may not be more.

In this case, you can earn 2 Aeroplan miles per dollar; I feel it is a good incentive for getting gas or any small items from ESSO.

For me, a person who does not collect Aeroplan Miles, it does not affect me at all, but for others, you should not be missing this opportunity.

From what I saw at the ESSO location, this promotion is around for a limited time; it will continue until October 25th 2009.
