Deal of the Week: Apple iPod Shuffle 2GB – Silver

Air Miles has a new deal of the week, the Apple iPod Shuffle. This is the old generation iPod (Figure 1) not the new generation version (Figure 2). Air Miles introduced the 2 GB shuffle at 850 reward miles, this week they have decided to slash the ‘price’ and reduce it to 780 reward miles.
2 GB of space on your MP3 could potentially get you up to 500 songs. The shuffle is designed more for the active user. It’s small size and lack of buttons makes it a ‘simple’ device to use while you’re focusing on your jog or sprinting away from an exploding building while listening to Major Tom by Shiny Toy Guns (Music is below).
It could be argued that the iPod ‘phase’ is over but in my view it’s not. Apple is going to come out with some other shiny new toy and everyone is going to be jumping to grab them. But if you’re looking for a simple MP3 player and never had an iPod before I would suggest the Apple iPod Shuffle.
